Family Solutions Foundation currently has three programs, namely: application for a free grant, the Learn Housing Solutions program, and property donation.

There are absolutely NO obligations to avail of the free grant! Family Solutions Foundation gives out the free grant to those who really deserve it.
Each grant submission is reviewed thoroughly by our care team. Rest assured, your submission is added in the queue and will be reviewed as soon as possible. The initial response is typically 1-2 days. For a follow-up on your application, you may send us an email at care@familysolutionsfoundation.org.
If you qualify, you can receive the free grant in 21 days or less. A member of our care team will contact you to provide you with information on how to obtain the grant.
We have a simple real estate donation process. After providing your information here, a member of our care team will contact you to get a better understanding of your property. Upon acceptance, Family Solutions Foundation will handle all the paperwork and technical aspects of the donation.

As a general rule, you are able to deduct the donated item's fair market value. Under the current tax law, charitable contributions of appreciated property held for more than one year are generally deductible at their fair market value, and the donor is not required to recognize any capital gains on the donated property.
